Admission prodcedure to get admission to Business (SDSB), Social Science (MGSHS), and Law (SAHSL) programs

  • At least 70% marks in Matriculation
  • At least 65% marks in FA (Part 1) or at least 70% marks in FSC (Part 1) / ICS (Part 1) / ICOM (Part 1)
  • Average grade of at least B in at least 8 O level subjects
  • At least 70% or B (first year) in American American High School Diploma (1st year)
  • At least 28/45 in IB (1st year)

If you have been shortlisted, you will receive a conditional offer for the final results based on the following rankings:

Conditional offer for admission in SDSB, MGSHS and SAHSL

  • Minimum 65% in FA and at least 70% in FSC – ICOM – ICS
  • Average of at least 2Bs and 1C in A Level across best three subjects, with no grade being less than E
  • Minimum grades for American HSD will be decided by Admissions Committee
  • Minimum 28/45 in IB

For Engineering Programs (SBASSE)

  • At least 70% marks in Matriculation
  • At least 70% marks in FSC (Part 1) / ICS (Part 1)
  • 8 Average grades in at least B grades in at least 8 grades
  • At least 70% or B in American American High School Diploma (first year)
  • I IB at least 28/45 (first year)

If you have been shortlisted, you will receive a conditional offer for the final results based on the following rankings:

  • At least 70% in FSc / ICS
  • Average at least 2B and 1C levels in all three full credit subjects, with no less than grade E.
  • SBASSE’s full credit subjects are Biology, Chemistry, Computing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics
  • The minimum grade for US HSD will be decided by the Admissions Committee
  • At least 28/45 in IB

Law Entrance Test for LUMS Law Degree

According to the requirements of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, in addition to the CAT / Act, it is also necessary to take the law entrance test for applications in the law program.

Subject Test for LUMS Science or Engineering Students – SBASSEE

If SBASSE applicants do not take the SAT subjects exam, they will have to take the LUMS SBASSE subject test. This test lasts for 2 hours, which includes MCQs only, and students are required to try any of the 3 of the 4 parts available.
